Kurt. Yeah, thank you for being here. This is my first time, I just mentioned to you, it's my first time

at this office. I found it interesting in two ways. Number one, it felt very industrial from the

outside, unlike the Venice Beach boardwalk situation you guys had at the old place. But then

the inside, I could actually see people working. When I came to see Snap a few years ago, I wasn't even allowed past the lobby. So it's like an open workspace you have here.
