before we were recording this so it says my therapist mentioned he's recently started

listening to this podcast and suggested that I give it a try to help me and my marriage.

Since I've started listening and I usually get in three episodes a week so I think that qualifies as a binge list or I would put them in that category.

There you go. I've learned so many things and have been challenged in so many ways. The advice

to give has always helped me become more secure in myself, less clinging to my wife, and better at drawing boundaries in my life,

although I still have a long way to grow in that area because I'm non-confrontational.
