Today I want to talk about the five different ways a narcissist will smear you.

And the reason we're going over this is because this is a very popular tactic that the narcissist does not only to try to control you, but also very popular if they suspect that you're about

ready to head towards divorce. So of course, this isn't a spousal relationship that I'm referring to

where you're married to a narcissist. But it can also apply, quite frankly, to a work environment where your

narcissistic boss might be afraid that you're going to leave or even get a promotion.

And so they will do these same exact tactics in order to keep you from being able to get a

promotion and to get ahead. And I had a personal

example from this. This actually happened to me when I was working at a large corporation.

And I had a boss at the time that was just unrelenting on top of me, hated everything I did.
