I'm very good for it. How are you? Good good. I was absolutely blown away by your physique in Spain.

I think that's the first time I saw you there competing and then again in again at the

British show and I think everybody that I've spoken to feels the same way about it.

We're just kind of like you came out of nowhere.

Is that, was Spain, Spain was your pro debut, correct?

Yes, Spain was my pro debut.

I turned pro in 2018.

I did plan originally to do the British Grand Prix in May.

For their COVID, Corona, everything here.

So, Peter's got a pushback. So yeah, Spain was my first show. My pro-deieu.

How are you able, we'll touch on it really quickly. I don't want to talk about COVID stuff for too long,

but how are you able to manage with COVID and

lockdowns and all that like did you already start dieting for the British

early in the year and then had to stop? Yeah so I was at in Kuwait so I was

working with Abdullah for six weeks out in Kuwait.

So we did a bit of an off season, then we started to go into a competition prep,

and then with everything was going on that ended up going back to the UK.

So I was already in competition mode dieting down and then with shows being cancelled.

Just went into off season, but generally for me I don't really go too far out, so we was just waiting to see what sort of shows what might come up and dial it in for another shirt.

What's it like, where did you turn pro at the Olympia? Yeah, so it's amateur
