Well, it's all about hiring and small businesses themselves

are are slowing back their they're cutting back on their hiring this is a report

from the national federation of independent businesses

uh... that that reported they do a monthly survey which they've been doing for about 50 years now and they are reporting that the people that they survey their members are cutting back on on hiring their less jobs that are available. We've seen this in open jobs.

Open jobs are now like 8 million. They used to be like close to 12 million. I mean, it's been a big drop.

In addition to that, wages themselves are slowing. There's across the board and as reported by

both paychecks and ADP the two big payroll on HR firms out there.

Both their measures they're seeing a leveling out even a slowing of wages and wage increases that are being

Reserve they're looking at you looking at whether people are changing jobs as well.
