Yeah, John, you know, so as you know I like to speak to a lot of business groups and I've got a full

And I just wrote a piece for the Inquirer because I've been hearing a lot of interest and seeing a lot of

interest professional employer organizations. And if you're not familiar with a PEO is,

let me just quickly explain it to you if you're running a business of any size, any size.

You basically outsource your employees to the PEO. It's not a staffing firm that's your employees,

but you become a co-employer. The PEO, that organization, technically becomes the employer of your

employees. But again, you're still the co-employer, which means you can take advantage of all

employer benefits like tax deductions and credits and all that kind of stuff.

But what the PEO does is it not only gives you better options for health insurance and retirement
