| 1:17.0 | Gen Z is the new cohorts on the scene. So let us begin with Gen Z gene. |
| 1:25.0 | Because you have a report here that says that Gen Z benefits from remote work from home. How so? |
| 1:33.0 | Well, the Gen Z years, and again, these are the 18 to 24 year olds that were pulled by a company. This is an Irish study. |
| 1:42.0 | So take that with Inc. Consideration, but they are more digitally capable. They're more flexible. |
| 1:47.0 | They've grown up in a more of a virtual world. So they are much much more comfortable. |
| 1:52.0 | They say working from home and are more productive working from home. Because that's just what they've been used to and that's what they've grown up doing. |
| 1:59.0 | But I will say, you know, just a couple of comments on that. |
| 2:02.0 | Number one, and I hate to say, I hate to say like an angry old man here, but there is a reason why so many people choose to work from home on Fridays. |
| 2:10.0 | So how much work is getting done on a Friday when people are working from home? |
| 2:15.0 | So you can kind of, you can kind of understand and sympathize business owners like myself when an employee is like saying like, oh, we want to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. |
| 2:25.0 | You know, and you sort of think of yourself like, really, are you going to be working as productively as if you're in the office on Monday or Friday. |
| 2:31.0 | It just seems too much for coincidence. But tens of years, you know, they demand that. |
| 2:36.0 | And you know, it is, it is having a dramatic impact on the workforce, even though some of the biggest CEOs of tech companies like Sam Altman from open AI to Mark Zuckerberg at Metta, as well as Mark Benioff at Salesforce. |
