Summary

We set big goals, inevitably fail, then conclude something's wrong with us, which makes change even harder next time. Eric Zimmer, author of "How A Little Becomes A Lot," and host of "The One You Feed" Podcast, breaks down why all or nothing thinking keeps us stuck and how small manageable actions build belief in ourselves. Self-doubt isn't the problem; it's baked into growth. We don't need to eliminate it, just turn it down enough to start making and keeping promises to ourselves, becoming the author of our own life.
