In this series, we describe the Rule of 150, how it affects the growth of small companies

and organizations and how to address it. Here we go. Have we ever mentioned the rules of rule 150 on our podcast? Certainly we have, right?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure we've done it several times, right? I don't know. I think it's time that we talk about it,

although we've hesitated to do so in the past because this is one of those things that, well, at least at first doesn't appear to pass our test of being actionable, right?

Yeah, but I think the reason we decided to do it this time was because on the working

with the smaller firm recently we were we were talking about how to implement managerial

behaviors to address it as opposed to just discussing it as a theory

because they were going through through growth pains and we've done that before

right we've made recommendations and you can't recommend just the idea.

You've got to recommend behaviors.

So, so make sense.

You'd think that'd be true, but there are many firms up.

Oh, yeah.

Seems to be just recommending ideas.

Our recommendation is to think about these things.
