I forget, it's been a while since I've done direct practice.

And I always, every time I meet with like my therapist or another therapist, I'm like, oh, it's the therapist voice. It's that calming energy that you do.

I used to do it too. And sometimes when I podcast, I probably tap into it because it's like, you know,
