ministry, but actually what's a healthy culture that deeply changes lives? What does that look like?

And that we as leaders, we're seeking to create a culture, but more importantly, we want

to be the culture of who we are that we create.

In fact, you can't help but create a culture out of who you are.

And so today, what I want to do is I want to share with you an

excerpt out of the audio version of the book, The Emotional Healthy Leader, because it is perhaps

the most important section of that book. And it's really what makes Christian leadership so

different than secular leadership that we're surrounded by in the world.
