So the last few weeks was all about rituals, you know, and how to use them to find pockets of slow every day.

And for those keen observers, they were taken, or the topics were sort of taken from your

destination simple book.

But we thought the next few weeks, we wanted to focus on something really, really practical

because it's something that we've adopted

over the last few years and it's really had a big impact on the way we run our home,

you know, the number of chemicals that we use, all that kind of stuff.

And we did debate a little bit about whether or not to include it, because on the face of it,

it kind of seems, I don't know, a bit boring.

Yeah.

But it's a necessity.

Everyone has to deal with this particular issue and we figure if there's a way to do it
