This, yeah, over the last couple of Mondays we've been talking about the sexy subject of cleaning.

And I promise this will be the last one.

We get a lot of questions about how we go about our normal weekly activities like cleaning as an essential part of running a household.

This is the thing.

Like everyone has to do it.

Everyone has to maintain their house.

No one loves doing it.

So the reason that we have devoted the last few episodes and this week's episode to it is because we want it to be as simple as possible while being as effective as possible as well.

So that you can just do it and then not

think about it again for another week you know and it really does remove a lot of the headwork

if you start to make these changes in considerations over time it just becomes so much less

of a stress which is why we wanted to talk specifically about

like our home rhythm, like home cleaning, I guess.

We'll just take you through a week of what it is like to live in our house, but only from

a cleaning perspective.

From the least interesting perspective possible.
