for fitness in 2013, still take an intentional fitness walk every single day. I'm walking right now,

and I would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes. So what did you think? What did you think of when I said walking is slow fitness? Certainly one reaction would be the pace at which you and I are going. And I tend to naturally walk a little bit faster.
