You, an old friend. We've known him for a while. We got him started up, you know. He came to see us early on. But we're delighted to be

able to have work with this visitor than guests we have today. Douglas McGregor, he's been to our

conferences. He, I believe, went to an early luncheon when we were just struggling. So we are very

pleased.

Douglas has been around a bit, and what I like about him is he's independent-minded,

which requires a little bit of challenge now and then.

And I think he'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
