There is a longer term issue here and that is that markets, both stocks and bonds,

are priced to deliver very, very low returns.

We look for cash flow.

We like companies that generate cash,

and that to some extent ends up in the dividend.

We're already seeing our few slowdown in terms of foreign investment in the UK.
