And today we're doing a guided sleep meditation.

They help you feel calm, peaceful and they help you fall into a deep, restful, sleep.

Before we start, find a dedicated, safe space in which to meditate.

Put on comfortable clothing and ensure that the area is warm and comfortable.

And when you're ready, when you're ready, we will begin. Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

Start by coming into the space physically and emotionally, making that transition into this
