And though we need these things a lot of the time,

they're not necessary as much as we might think. The You know, Once we let these distractions into our lives,

it gets harder and harder to say no.

And once we stop making space for the quiet, we forget that we need it at all.

It's so easy to get caught up in the home of it all, to go with society's flow.

But when we start to crave that home over other things, it's a sign we might need to let go.
