| 1:10.0 | Before we start, find a comfortable dedicated space in which you may meditate, put on comfortable clothing, prepare the space, ensure that you are safe and when you are ready we will begin. Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. |
| 1:57.0 | If you have chosen your bed as the place in which to meditate, |
| 2:09.0 | move around so that you are comfortable. |
| 2:15.0 | If you are sitting in a chair, |
| 2:19.0 | lengthen your spine, draw your shoulders back, and come into the space. |
| 2:53.0 | Develop an awareness that prior moments, a prior are finished, are over. All you have, all we have, is this present moment. |

| 3:07.0 | Notice your pattern of breath, |
