Now imagine a bubble of glowing white light, as white as snow surrounding your whole body.

And this light is so bright, it's just like a mini sun, but it doesn't hurt to look at it.

And it's so gentle and so soothing. And this light is like a force field of protection.

It will only allow love and positivity to enter

whilst you are on your snowy adventures.

So imagine yourself walking

through a winter scene in the mountains.

The snow is falling gently upon your face

and you're wrapped up all snug and warm.

Oh, and you feel so safe here, so peaceful

and so very relaxed.
