Make sure you are nice and comfortable,

then close your eyes and just relax.

Take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

Again, deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

One more time, deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

Just relax.

Now imagine that you're standing in front of your very own Christmas tree.

And it's Christmas Eve and you've just decorated it with tinsel, magical fairy light and lots of sparkling baubles.

And the baubles on your tree are very beautiful.

They almost look magical.

You look up to the top of your Christmas tree and notice that there's a fairy there, standing proudly with a beautiful smile on her face.

And it kind of looks like she's moving. That can't be right,

can it? Her wings begin to gently move like she's stretching them out a bit. And then as you

watch, she raises her hand and she waves you.

She looks directly at you and gives you a great big smile.

Oh my!

You are amazed, but you smile back at her.

It's then that you notice on the tree there is a very old Victorian glass bobble and it's shining very brightly.

You didn't notice it before but it's actually sparkling so you move closer to get a better look at it.
