| 0:37.6 | This can be anywhere, anywhere where you are safe, a comfy chair, cross-legged on the floor, or perhaps in your bed. |
| 0:48.9 | Prepare yourself and when you're ready we will begin. |
| 1:00.0 | Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. |
| 1:08.4 | Take a breath in and release that breath. |
