Sleep is the platform that all good health sits upon, says Dr. Kirk Parsley. A Navy SEAL who became an MD "Doc Parsley" found that almost all the high-performing patients he worked with had sleep issues. The more he studied it, the more he found out about the importance of sleep for resilience and performance.
