I hope. That is my intention. Sleep is an absolute non-negotiable and I'm going to give you

some reasons why in a minute because without it, you can't fix anything. And I say that from lots of experience,

you know, I was in practice, clinical practice for well over a decade. Prior to that,

I was in medicine for 20 years. So I've been in medicine, in and around medicine, for a good 30-plus

years. And most of that was in the naturopathic medicine space the alternative medicine

space if you will so I get it and it's miserable and it's complicated it's I wish it were easier

but I'm going to try to make this as simple as possible and give you some big tips some big
