particular sub-genres across a number of weeks.

We're in the final part of exploring the evolution of the slasher.

We've already explored the evolution of the slasher in fact, so go back and

have a listen. There's about 13 other parts in which we cover everything from Hitchcock in

1960 to it follows in 2014.

What we're going to do this week for the final part is, well, it's just going to be me

reflecting on a few final thoughts, looking back at everything we've covered,

what we've learned in the process, and it's also going to give

me a chance to count down my top 10 slasher movies, for me to count down your top five slasher movies,

and to read some feedback that we've gotten from listeners throughout the series.

As well as that, now this is the part that makes me slightly nervous, I'm going to be joined by

my good friend Brian, who comes from the big movie quiz in London, essentially. He runs his own sort of pub quiz he's a big

big movie fanatic he's a really big horror fanatic actually and I invited him onto the

podcast this week to come and give me a test to see how much I've learned on slashes over

the last 13 weeks. So he tests my knowledge in a little feature that I'm going to name

in keeping with the whole slasher theme the final exam.

So I'm going to be doing that later on in the episode.
