You know, I've always admired the Japanese soldiers, after World War II, who had been told by their leader, no matter what, you do not surrender, they're going to tell you the war is over, they're going to tell you we lost, they're going to offer you food, they're going to tell you you can go for

free, just hand over your gun, and those guys, there was one guy in particular who held out for over 20 years.
