I recently went to a bookstore that was going out of business called Buck's Books.

It was kind of, well, not kind of.

It was in the middle of nowhere.

It was in an old gas station.

It was a mysterious and dusty place. You had to wash your hands after pawing around in

there because you could feel the thick grime on your hands and the owner was leaving the biz

to focus on his stand-up career. And I said, is that not just what it is to be an independent bookseller? You just, there will be grime, there will be dream of the stage. Anyway, I got a bunch of those Beverly Cleary books about Ramona and Henry Huggins. You guys remember those. Anyway, welcome to another tale of murder to another. The female of the species is

deadlier than the male. Or actually recently saw this hilarious PG Woodhouse quote. Were

you guys ever into him? I love him. And it was like, so and so reminded so and so that the f of the s is more d than the

m oh i love that that should be maybe we should put that on our criminal broads t-shirts that we

um we're doing another international case today. We were international

last week. We were in Mumbai. And this week, we're taking a long haul flight all the way down to
