And every now and then, we hop over the law and we go to the right side of the law and we

highlight a crime fighting broad. And so I am very pleased to present to you today the first crime fighting broad we've done in quite some time. I believe the last one we did was a female spy who fought against the Nazis. So it's good to be back on this side of the law. Of course,

we never linger here. We never linger here. It would betray the heart of the podcast, the title

of the podcast. But sometimes it's fun to see things from the other side, sort of. Okay, quick life

update before we get into the story, I just need to tell someone, so I'm going to tell you what I made for dinner tonight.

Because I finally made a good pizza in a regular old oven with no fancy pizza equipment.

I don't know if you will relate to this, but the soggy bottomed pizza.

I mean, is that not something we who do not own pizza stones really suffer from?

I've been making subpar pizza crusts for years, forcing my family to eat them instead of getting what they really want, which is takeout pizza.

And today, I made King Arthur Flowers recipe for crispy pan pizza. So I made it in like a big cast iron pan.

It's a yeast dough. It came out so delicious. And it's kind of like a facacha-ish dough, but it's very thin and crispy, but also bubbly and airy.

And you can finish it on the top of the stove if you want a crisper crust.
