Hi, everyone. I'm Rachel Zoe.

And I'm Roger Berman.

Where we talk to people about what works for them and their relationships and, of course,

what doesn't.

So we talk about all kinds of relationships on this show, but the relationship

between a parent and a child is certainly one that is indescribable. Some parents say that it's like

having your heart exist outside of your body, and I think that's pretty accurate. It's probably

the most amazing thing we've ever done is have children, but it can also

be, as every parent knows, terrifying.

So today's episode is very personal to both Roger and myself,

because it has to do with one of the scariest days

we've actually ever experienced as parents.

As many of you know,

and the reason that we actually are doing this episode

of our podcast is because since this actually happened, I'm pretty sure that I haven't gone

anywhere or spoken to anybody, strangers, any interview I've done, pretty much anything where

people have not inquired about what happened on this day over our Christmas holiday.

And so, as many of you know, our son, Skyler, fell approximately
