| 0:37.0 | Take a moment to sit or lay down in a comfortable position and when you're ready to relax completely allow your eyes to close now. |
| 0:45.0 | And with your eyes closed, focus for a moment on the way your body is being supported and notice your breathing |
| 1:02.0 | and how you can begin to relax a little bit more each time you exhale, as you listen to the sounds of the lake lapping the shore, and my voice to whisk you away for just a few moments. |
| 1:55.0 | As you begin to imagine yourself standing on the shore of a lake, overlooking the water. |
| 2:05.0 | And as you look around you in your imagination, perhaps you'll notice if there are trees along the shoreline or birds in the sky. |
| 2:17.0 | Watch the calm water for a moment. |
| 2:25.0 | And notice how it in the sky. |
| 2:37.0 | Perhaps it's a sunny day, |
| 2:42.0 | or maybe there are clouds in the sky. |
| 2:49.0 | And in a moment, you may even become aware of the time of day and the comfortable temperature of the air around you. |
| 3:10.0 | Notice if there is a breeze in the air, or if it's very still as you realize with your realize that the shore you are standing on is made up of mostly small stones. |
| 3:27.0 | Notice the size and shape of the stones on the ground around you. You may even become aware in a moment that many of these stones are flat and round. |

| 4:07.0 | across the flat calm water. Today you'll be skipping three stones out into the lake. |
| 4:17.0 | And as you do, I'd like you to imagine that as each stone hits the water. |

| 4:35.0 | So imagine that you bend down and pick up the first skipping stone from the ground now. |
| 4:47.0 | And as you hold the stone in your hand, |

| 4:55.0 | See yourself achieving this goal. |
