I'm on the phone with Ashton, and today we are discussing Skinnamarink from 2022,

directed and written by Kyle Edward Ball, starring Lucas Paul, Dolly Rose, Ross Paul, and Jamie Hill.

In this film, two children awake in the night to find that their dad is missing, and their house no longer obeys the rules of physics.

Ashwin, I think this is what happens when a house is broken.

Markley. Steve's 2018 novel, Ohio, was called a masterpiece by NPR. And his new novel,

oh God, I can pronounce this. The Deluge has been called a modern classic by Stephen King,

who called it more terrifying than the stand. Steve was recently a guest

on late night with Seth Myers, where he rubbed elbows with the likes of Tom Hanks. So it's only

logical that his next stop is here with Ashfin of Me on Horror Movie Club. Welcome to the show, Steve.
