As always, I'm your host, Nick Ryan. I'd like to begin tonight's

journey with Taylor, who calls their experience, The House on Green Avenue. Taylor says,

Hi, Nick, I've been a fan for a long time now, and I thought that some of my experiences

would be worth

sharing. I have always been vulnerable, if that's the right word, to spirits and other

paranormal activity. I want to share one of my most memorable and terrifying encounters

at my family's old townhouse. To start, when my parents bought the house from my paternal

grandmother, the house had been in our family since it was built.

It was built and owned by my great-great-grandfather and his wife.

However, when he passed away in the 1940s, his wife left the house and moved to a penthouse in San Antonio.

She had left everything, clothing, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans,

and even some pictures. We still did not know why. The house was vacant for over 50 years,

and in that time was broken into by teenagers. Some of the teens, or people who broke in,

would perform seances and play with Ouija boards all throughout the house.

My great-grandmother moved in and remodeled the entire house in 2006,

after her house on the farm mysteriously caught fire and then burned to the ground.

When she passed away in 2013, the house was vacant, but taken care of until my parents had

bought it in 2015.
