| 1:26.3 | are actually a lot of areas of this country with significant or high spread. And |
| 1:30.8 | what's happening is things have changed. The Delta variant is now the dominant |
| 1:37.4 | variant in the US. It is significantly more contagious than earlier variants. And |
| 1:43.4 | Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the CDC director, said that they needed to make this |
| 1:49.4 | change in guidance because they have new data showing that people who are |
