I'm going to speak slowly and there will be plenty of pauses.

Sit in the sacred moment of each pause and allow that space to wash over you, give you pause to reflect, be, and start again in this precious moment.

Before we start, choose a place in which to meditate.

This could be a chair or it could also be crawling into your bed.

Wear loose clothing and when you're ready let's start sit down or lie down comfortably

Take a moment, take several moments, to become as comfortable as you can right now.
