Last week's podcast had a really positive reception. Thank you so much. That's always really nice to get that many comments and that amount of feedback. Admittedly, most of the feedback

was people chiming in that they do remember sit and be fit, which was quite the pleasant

surprise for me. And that just goes to show you who knows what's going to connect with people,

right? But a lot of people, a lot of former PBS kids staying home sick in the United States,

watching sit and be fit, I guess, alongside me.
