I have made a point in both my podcast to make sure I still release podcasts over holidays.

I just know that for me personally when my

favorite podcasts are not released it really upsets me because I sometimes when

you're with your family or you're stuck traveling maybe or that kind of thing

it's the best time to have podcasts and then sometimes podcasts they'll all abandon you so I

wanted to not abandon you're

on the regularly scheduled time and if you don't have time to listen then you're not listening to this so I'm on by definition I'm only talking to people who are probably happy to have an episode right now so there you go a little

deduction for you all right I've got some things to talk about first off we're going to

talk about lorier this university it's the latest stuff in the free speech snowflake

war but I'm going to, I've looked into it just like I try to do everything,

looked into it with an open mind and you might be surprised at the results.

So I'm going to talk about the L'Orier situation.

But before that, I have some loose ends to kind of clean up

as regards the sexual harassment, sexual assault me too stuff

and some of Monday's episode simply because right after that episode

dropped and wouldn't you know it it would have to time out this way right

after it dropped when we were talking about Al Franken in a certain light, literally like hours after that was done, another accuser came out.

Her name is Lindsay Menz and she says that in 2010 at the State Fair when posing for a picture

with Al Franken that he touched her but grabbed her butt essentially during the photo.

She also says she told her family and it seems as though

her family corroborates that no reason that I can think of to doubt this. In my mind I
