460 and this is a very important one. I'm so glad to be able to present this to

you today. You might have heard of something called the

Cass Report or the Cass Review and if you have you've likely heard of it because

someone is claiming that it blew the whole lid off of transgender ideology and the way we provide medical care to children who might be trans.

It's treated as like this whistleblower-esque thing out of the UK that once and for all debunked all this

gender-y nonsense. If you're a listener of this show you probably wouldn't be surprised to find out that

then obviously none of that's true. And All-Star producer Lydia Smith

has assembled not one, not two, but three experts

to talk about this.

They are three of the authors

of what I would call the Cast Review review, but is actually

called an evidence-based critique of the Cast Review on gender-affirming care

for adolescent gender dysphoria.

And so what we're going to hear is actual doctors with actual experience and
