Okay, I guess the problem. Maybe not. Don't listen to Dave Ramsey. He's not great. Anyway. Yeah, yeah. That's a tool and it can be used poorly or it can be used very well.

Yeah, we are actually here. Well, everybody already knows what we're here to talk about. Let's face it. This is the only thing that could take over Bernie memes.

Like the only thing that could wrestle control of the internet back from Bernie memes is this GameStop fiasco.

What do they call stock memes now? So that's a whole new invention? Yeah, stocks.

You of course have the Phil Ferguson show. You're at skeptic money on Twitter and already people were asking if we could do something on the...

I saw that.

And I was like, good news. We already are because I have a lot of thoughts. I have a tiny amount of background in finance. I did go to business school. I was an accountant.

I took finances as part of my curriculum, but I'm obviously not an expert and it's been 15 years so I'm rusty.

But I know enough to know that a lot of people are wrong on the internet, but it's hard because dipping into that conversation.

It's such a big topic and everyone has their different angle that they're going at it with that anything you say you get cast as, you know, you're either one side of the other like your pro hedge fund. It's a mess.

So rather than do all that, why don't we just first start with breaking down what's happening? So start from the beginning.

Well, as you said, my podcast is the Phil Ferguson show. I've already talked about this topic just a couple of days ago.

And I've already found out that a few of the things that I said there were wrong. So, you know, I can learn too.

So we're going to, I'm going to go real basic here and we're first thing I'm going to start with is everybody calm the fuck down.

Okay, because the post that I've seen on my wall and on your wall, people are nuts.

It's like I made the comparison. It's like trying to explain how a pizza real works to a person in QAnon.

I do understand that. So I think a lot of this is that, and again, we haven't even started explaining it, but since you brought it up, I just want to say this first.

I get that, you know, obviously so much of this comes from a real feeling of being fed up with the status quo.
