A great question. I had no idea when I first started. I just knew that I wanted success.

I chose a vehicle that I saw around me. I saw people that were renting. I was working full-time

and I knew that I could do multi-family real

estate part-time. And as soon as I started reading books and I started educating myself and I went

to mentorship, I was able to see that success come to fruition. Now, I listen, I read over 500

books in the last 12, 14 years. We've written and published five books, Jake,

here, multifamily, we'll are our profits, creative cash, Jake's favorite, the honeybee.

And we just launched passive investing made simple with two of our coaching students.

And it's been a wild journey. It's all about learning, doing, and then

teaching for us. Over 500 books. If you get one nugget from each book, that's 500 nuggets

that I've been able to extract from all of this. I mean, it took Jake and I, months and
