I'm going to talk you through the process step by step, whether you're an adult or a child. Sometimes your bedroom can get out of hand, and that's what this episode is about. but this episode is just for cleaning your bedroom.

So the first thing you're going to need to do in your

bedroom is make your bed. Now the thing about making your bed, it's kind of one of those domino chores

that helps get things moving in your room.

Because once you make the bed,

it instantly makes the room look better,

and it also kind of makes everything else look out of place

as far as clutter.

So if this is not a day that you're changing your sheets, it should only take you

about 60 seconds to make your bed. Now, if you're a kid, it might be easier to make your bed

if you just have a bottom sheet and a comforter, no top sheet. And this can also work for adults.

Just the only caveat is you'll need to wash the

comforter more often if there's not a sheet between the person and the comforter. But I've found

that it's easy for kids to make their bed if you just keep it simple, a bottom sheet and a
