talking to people this week and explaining, oh yeah, it's the same show as what we were doing

I had a couple of those there was some chicken and waffles there was some bignets got to kill those and then before this man

you know recording at 830 Eastern, I've told you this is like my noon. I hit a couple of bench PRs. You know what I'm saying? So I'm really in the zone. This feels like a whole different world to meet. The amount of endo, my mom always calls them endomorphins, even though they're called endorphins the amount of endorphins

it with you and i am very excited to be doing just that so it's's good to be back. We have a great pod today. No interview today because we have a million things to get to. This is the first real episode of the OG kickoff last episode. If you're kind of looking at this, like maybe you didn't see our last episode. You're just seeing this in your feed. You're like, oh, that's a new logo. What are the world's going on here? That is our introduction to you, the people that we've

been speaking to for hopefully several years. But if you're new, we are doing this, this version of the show,

the OG kickoff. It is no longer the Saturday Nounsouth podcast.

And we're doing it in a way that we've kind of always done it, but with some tweaks.

And like I said, you will pick up on some of those tweaks, some of which being new social
