I don't think many people will think, oh, I wish that I had worried more or I wish that I had spent more time being

stressed out or I wish I had bought more things or eaten more food or spent more time on Facebook or

This can help you put your life into perspective. Whatever your vice is that seems to clutter up or distract you or
