Today, I want to talk about a few things quickly.

I want to give gratitude.

I want to share a little testimony and I want to talk about some simple disciplines.

First, I want to give gratitude for the listeners, for the viewership.

You all are amazing.

Your messages I receive, fuel my spirit, keep me going.

And you have been expressing your gratitude this week for one thing in particular.

And that has been my consistency.

And that made me feel so much because the consistency has been the hardest part.

You know, we started posting a podcast every day Monday to Friday, starting in April

or May to combat all the negativity that was online to rejuvenate our days to bring

mindfulness into our mornings, afternoons, evenings, whenever you tune in.

And slowly but surely not even slowly very fast, we grew an amazing community.

And at first, I'll be honest, it wasn't that hard.

I was like, yeah, I could do this every day, no problem.

Two, three, four months in.

The consistency started to get very hard.

I can't tell you how many times I woke up and told myself, I'm not doing a podcast today.

I'm not doing a podcast today.

And it's not because I didn't want to.

It was more I was just afraid of, can I continue?

You know what I mean?
