Busy busy week for me. I hope everybody had a good week. I had a crazy week.

Traveling. had a good week. I had a crazy week traveling all over the place. Spent that as I said last week I was down in Georgia and in Atlanta specifically and then I popped up to New York City for a day and I did the

Howard Stern show actually last I think it was last Monday.

Never done Howard Stern before, so I had no idea what to expect.

I didn't know if I was going to be sitting there for five minutes or five hours,

but, you know, first first of all I want to say I want to say thank you to the

overwhelming amount of emails calls text the tweets messages. From people all over that heard it and appreciated it.

And so just know that I appreciate the support. It was an interesting

conversation and you know everywhere from obviously my past and

cycling to my past with

with testicular cancer more specifically it's real interesting talk about balls

and things like that which I've never done on anybody's, but I guess that was to be expected.

So thank you to Howard for having me on and for his whole crew for helping to make it happen and

everybody at Serious XM, Scott Greenstein, all the people

that put us in touch.

So thanks to you all.

I then went on and I basically flew straight back to South Carolina and spent the entire week at my old

teammate and good friends training camp. George Henkeppy has a hotel down and outside of

Greenville called Hotel Domestique.

And he does these training camps,
