Simon Chaplinsky. Simon, are you prepared to ignite? I am prepared to ignite. Yes. Simon is a CEO

and co-founder of Odin's Hammer Apps where they develop socially focused apps that gamify the

process of making real world friends with specific shared interests. Given our listeners just a

little overview, Simon, so take a minute. Tell us about you personally because we want to get to know

you, then give us an overview of your business. Sure, absolutely. So my name is Simon Chaplinsky.

I'm 31. I am a serial entrepreneur. I think I've had the business bug in me all of my life and

I am now just fully realizing that and using it to my fullest potential. I live in New York. I run

a app development company and like you said, we develop apps with the social aspect in mind.

We want to create gamified solutions for creating meaningful connection between people. I think that

technology is amazing. It'll never go away and we should always use it but in a way to create

meaningful connections. Technology should be a bridge, a tool to help foster interaction between

people. I think technology currently is being used in a way that creates distance and separation

and if we can get beyond our devices and connect at the human level again, that's what I would like
