A heads up that we are talking about grief, but one, it is so, so, so important.

We talk about our experiences of grief and death, which, yes, I have hanged on about

before, and I will one again, I tell you. And two, also, I am talking about it with

the wonderful Carrie Adloid, actor, comedian and chief of grief on the excellent

grief cast podcast. Carrie Ad has written a book, you are not alone a new way to

grieve, which is Frank, funny, warm and brimming with empathy, just like Carrie Ad

really. We chat about being a professional griefster, what question about grief

makes her rightly furious, the power of recognition and conversation, how grief

can always surprise us, and writing a book about grief when the whole world was

grieving. If you haven't already listened to grief cast, I can't recommend it

more, it's, it's so good. It is both enormously helpful and just excellent.
