Hello and welcome to episode 132 of the Standard Issue pod team.

I'm Mickey Noonan and this week I learned that my mom saves all of our

podcasts. She doesn't listen to podcasts or even know how to listen to podcasts but she

saves our podcasts onto her computer every week. I've got two things to say about that.

One is that that's obviously quite sweet and the second thing is does that count as a listen?

Yeah totally. I'm Hannah done leaving and I've had a few days off.

It was as exciting as a few days off during lockdown, Mark 2, could be, yeah, I went to see my mother, because I'm allowed to just in case anybody

thinks that I'm breaking the rules I am allowed to see my mom because she's in my

support bubble and we went to have a look at my dad's new gravestone because I know how to enjoy myself.

Is it a balloon that you've drawn a face on?

No, it is actually a proper gravestone but in a rather classic, you know know not my job type thing there was a plant that I

put and they've literally just put it on top of the plant oh no literally just put the yeah I

thought I'd left enough room that it wouldn't affect it if I planted a plant there.

So they've literally just slammed this massive concrete block on some of a plant.

And if you take the little thing out that the flowers go into, you can see the plant just dying in the hole.

Wow, you'd think they'd be a bit better practiced at that kind of thing.

Yeah. Or that they don't know, it's not my job.
