Kerry Hudson about her excellent new book,

Lowborn, growing up getting away and returning to Britain's poorest towns.

Which, spoiler alert, I absolutely loved.

Rather than tease what's coming up and what we talk about,

I think I'm just going to tell you that it's excellent and leave you to it

but I do need to make one slight correction to something that I say in it which is that I talk about

James Blunt going to Eton when in fact James Blunt went to Harrow.

Now that's a distinction that matters not much to most of us which kind of proves the point

I think but for the sake of accuracy to repeat James Blunt did not go to eat and he went to Harrow.
