Hello Jen here to tell you about this episode of The Sunday Chops.

Before I go into all that, obviously obviously the world seems a bit bleak at the

moment so I thought I would give you three reasons to be cheerful or three

reasons that I'm cheerful before we start. Number one I've just had a grapefruit from my local green

graces that was so good I think I'll never buy grapefruit from Seinos ever again.

Sorry Seinos, you're otherwise doing a sterling job and keep up those efforts.

Number two the sun is shining or at least as I record this on Thursday the sun is shining and

I can't predict the future and in my experience neither can

BBC weather with any real kind of accuracy so I don't know if it will still be shining on Sunday, but you know, think about this sunny moment if it's not.

Number three, Hannah Dunleavy has revealed to me that the O.J. Simpson documentary, O.J. Simpson made in America, is currently on the

eye player and I'm telling you you've got nine hours to spare you won't regret it.
