The Fed's not really hiking, they're normalizing, and I think that's a big difference

in their mentality in terms of how they're thinking.

The stronger dollar creates some challenges for emerging markets in general and for China in particular.

What we've typically seen is that the markets get ahead of themselves

in terms of how many rate hikes they priced in for the Fed. And then when that's happening,

the dollar strengthens.
